Erin collaborates with employers around the nation to establish benefit packages that are one-of-kind in the ever-changing healthcare industry. Erin guides each of her clients through the world of insurance, so it isn’t a challenge to understand your benefits. 

Erin started Joy Benefits with a passion to elevate the view employees have of their employer-provided benefits and provide easier access to best-in-class services.

Her pinnacle belief is a rising tide lifts all ships, and to that end Erin collaborates with other benefits professionals around the nation to collaborate on best practices and solutions to change the face of healthcare in America.

With years of expertise in benefits enrollment, Wendy Browning has created insurance education and engagement programs that empower their organizations to thrive while prioritizing employee well-being.

Wendy provides an expert approach to benefits communication, education and engagement with best-in-class technology.  Her approach ensures that benefits are not just a necessity but a powerful tool for recruiting and retaining top talent while optimizing cost containment.

A proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Advertising and certification from the McCombs School of Business, Wendy combines her business acumen with a passion for helping clients achieve exceptional outcomes for organizational health and growth.

When she’s not guiding businesses toward success, Wendy enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time boating on Lake Travis with her family.

Rebekah Kelley, Account Manager

From “Partner in Crime” to “Partner in Business,” Rebekah joined the Joy Benefits team in March 2024, bringing 15 years of friendship and a knack for making things happen (no actual crimes involved—promise).

As a military spouse of 13 years and counting, Rebekah has mastered the art of flexibility, resourcefulness, and solving problems before they even become problems. With a background that includes running her own bookkeeping business and wrangling executive schedules at Army posts nationwide, she’s no stranger to multitasking—or thriving under pressure.


Rebekah brings tenacity, humor, and a fresh perspective to Joy Benefits. Whether she’s tackling a new challenge, cracking a joke, or keeping Erin in line, she’s the perfect first hire to the team.  Wherever her next post takes her, we’re excited to have her along for the Joy journey.
